What’s included?
• Unwire and remove your existing doorbell.
• Mount, drill and wire the doorbell.
• Wire the power kit into your internal doorbell.
• If relevant, configure the device to give you real time alerts when you have visitors.
• You will need a working wired doorbell fitted.
Battery Video Doorbell Installation
What’s included?
• Mount video doorbell to door frame or external wall.
• Connect the device to wifi network.
• If relevant, configure the device to give you real time alerts when you have visitors.
• Test product and demonstrate product functionality.
• Does not include any wiring of the product or removal of existing wired products.
• Customer must ensure wifi strength is good near site of device and have wifi password available.
Wired Security Camera Installation
What’s included?
• Mounting up to 2 customer-supplied cameras within 3m of ground level.
• Running cables from cameras to customer-supplied monitor or recording device.
• Setting up app (if relevant) on up to 2 devices and testing.
• Concealing cables in walls, attic or conduit will result in additional costs.
• Customer must ensure wifi strength is good near site of device and have wifi key available.
• This service may need to be rearranged if adverse weather is forecast to ensure your system is installed correctly and safely.
Battery Security Camera Installation
What’s included?
• Mounting up to 2 customer-supplied cameras within 3m of ground level.
• Remote viewing and central recording setup if functionality allows.
• Setting up app (if relevant) on up to 2 devices and testing.
• Customer must ensure wifi strength is good near site of device and have wifi key available.
• Cabling and connections to be provided by the Customer, additional charges apply for further parts.
• This service may need to be rearranged if adverse weather is forecast to ensure your system is installed correctly and safely.
Alarm Installation
What’s included?
• Installing customer-supplied door or window alarm system including up to 4 door and window sensors if supplied (PIR cameras not included).
• Mounting of equipment within 3m of ground level.
• Connecting alarm to base and installing relevant app on up to 2 devices.
• Customer must ensure wifi strength is good near site of device and have wifi key available.
• Cabling and connections to be provided by the Customer, additional charges apply for further parts and additional detector/sensor installs.
• This service may need to be rearranged if adverse weather is forecast to ensure your system is installed correctly and safely.
